BAREL LLC is the owner of eight MRI systems produced by PHILIPS and SIEMENS.
In its structure there are engineering department with 11 professional engineers, radiologist consulting department with 6 professional radiologists and administrative facilities in the form of separate legal entities.
The total staffing of the legal entity UKIP LLC in Tver is 13 employees.
The total staffing of the legal entity MRT EXPERT LLC in Moscow is 9 employees.
The total staffing of the legal entity MORCENTER GROOP LLC in Vladivostok is 10 employees.

Prospects for the development
At the moment, the medical diagnostics is the most prospective line of development for the TRIO Company. The considerable amount of initial investment was appropriated to support this sphere. The cause of such decision was the fact that there are not so much companies providing such service as well as the lack of high-tech equipment in more parts of the country.

To this moment there are eight MRI Centers. BAREL LLC is planning to develop this sphere and open MRI Centers in Tomsk, Omsk, and Sakhalin in 2009. There are no MRI equipment in these towns.
In future BAREL LLC is planning to open MRI Centers in each Russian Region and the company has everything for success of the plan such as personal and unified strategy of development. And the priority in this question is the strategic partnership with the PHILIPS Company as the key producer of MRI equipment. For the next three years the company management is planning the expansion in the number of MRI centers till 50.
